Contractors bidding shall comply with the City of Erie’s MBE and WBE Policy.This is financed through PA Green-Light-Go(GLG)funds and subject to the requirements of Act 89 of 2013; Title 75. Section 9511(e.1), and the conditions of the City’s GLG agreement with PennDOT.Bids shall be made upon the official proposal forms attached to the specifications and submitted electronically via PennBid.
