    Description

    The City of Kingston (City) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced firms to conduct a comprehensive municipal parking study. This study will inventory and map existing public and private parking across the City; analyze parking needs and opportunities; and provide recommendations through the development of a parking plan. The firm chosen as Consultant will work with the City's Parking Supervisor, and the Engineering, Planning, Community Engagement, Housing, DPW and Grants Management departments as well as a Project Advisory Committee comprised of community stakeholders. The Consultant must be an expert in compiling and analyzing parking information and data, creating parking demand projections, and making recommendations to address parking concerns, including public policies, programs, and management, public-private partnerships, and bicycle and pedestrian connectivity. The final plan will serve as a blueprint for planning and conducting recommended actions that will improve parking capacity throughout the City’s diverse neighborhoods Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None
