City of Pflugerville-RFQ#2026-19- Parkway Drive Street Reconstruction and Drainage Improvements Project

The City of Pflugerville, Texas is soliciting request for proposals for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the TR2501 Parkway Drive Roadway Improvements Project, project which consists of roadway improvements to Parkway Drive, including pavement reconstruction, survey verification, superelevation adjustments near the FM connection, and driveway reconstruction to resolve conflict layouts. Sealed proposals will be received by Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. CST.

Copies of the specifications and bid documents will be on file and may be examined at the following location: - www.civcastusa.com, TR2501 - Parkway Drive Roadway Improvements Project,

Proposals addressed to the City of Pflugerville will be received until Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. CST submitted through Civcast at which time they will be publicly opened and read virtually via the link provided through Civcast. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting for the project will be held virtually at 10:00 A.M. CST on Thursday June 11, 2026, refer to the project information on Civcast for details on how to join the pre-bid meeting. All questions, clarifications, or requests for general information should be in writing through Civcast. The submission deadline for questions will be Monday, June 15, 2026, at 12 P.M. CST.

The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas.
