    The work proposed as part of this Bid Package is as follows: Loucks Road (SR 0030) / Roosevelt Avenue (SR 4001) The existing vehicular signal heads and pedestrian signal heads will be replaced along with new wiring for the new signal heads. The City of York will be purchasing the signal heads, but the contractor will be responsible for the installation and new wiring of the new signal heads. The controller assembly will be replaced including the MMU. Any recently installed equipment in the controller cabinet as part of the recent PennDOT project will be reused (i.e. controller). The controller cabinet is not being replaced, just the equipment within the cabinet.
