SEE ATTACHED BID SPECITIFICATION FOR COMPLETE DETAILS - 1.0 SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION 1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Technology is receiving bids until March 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM local time, for Tableau Licensing, Maintenance, and Support Services Renewal from qualified bidders. Tableau is a data visualization and business intelligence tool used by several City Departments. It provides instantaneous insight by transforming data into visually appealing and interactive visualization. It helps the user see and understand the data quickly and find patterns that otherwise may be very difficult to detect and understand. Licensing and support will be for a one-year period and renew current licensing, hosting, training, and support services. 1.2 Classification: The contract resulting from this bid proposal will provide for the purchase and delivery of Tableau licenses, maintenance and support services and additional training credits. Only certified reseller/dealer partnership may respond to this solicitation. Bidders are required to show documentation of the relationship with the manufacturer. 1.3 Specification Questions: Questions regarding this bid must be submitted on the Vendor Services portal by 1:00PM on Friday, March 13, 2026. Responses will be posted on the RFQ on Vendor Services no later than 1:00PM on Friday, March 20, 2026. 1.4 For additional information concerning this bid, including procedures on how to submit a proposal, you must go to the City of Columbus Vendor Services website at https://columbusvendorservices.powerappsportals.com/ and view this bid number.
