    The Plainfield Community Development Corporation (PCDC) seeks proposals from civil engineering firms for design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration services for water, WW, electrical, stormwater, and road infrastructure for a new residential neighborhood with 20 attached homes, on two contiguous parcels of land located in the Village of Plainfield. The new neighborhood is being funded with a US HUD Community Development Block Grant and subject to Equal Opportunity and nondiscrimination requirements, debarment and suspension certification, and accessibility requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Fair Housing laws. Qualified disadvantaged (DBE) and women (WBE) owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. PCDC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
