    Description

    The Work is a recover of the existing roof on a County-owned and occupied building in the Business Park area of Camarillo Airport. The full project limits are landside; no airside access or work is required. The Work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and preparing the existing roof and installing a mechanically fastened 60-mil PVC felt-backed roofing membrane system over the existing roofing system, including removal and replacement of coping cap metal, roofing flashings and accessories, walk tread at HVAC access points, and all associated work necessary to provide a complete and watertight roofing system.
