CMAR - Aubrey Sports Complex

The City of Aubrey is soliciting qualified contractors for the construction of the Aubrey Sports Complex, a complete public facility including (2) baseball fields and (2) softball fields with artificial turf, lighting, scoreboards, backstop and outfield netting, dugouts, and spectator seating, as well as batting/practice areas with natural turf. The project also includes prefabricated structures consisting of a maintenance building, concession building with restroom, and a standalone restroom with ticketing area; prefabricated shade structures at playgrounds, restrooms, and spectator areas; loop trail, enhanced plaza paving, parking, and practice fields.

Additional scope includes site development and infrastructure such as detention, grading, utilities, irrigation, landscaping, and site/field lighting, along with entry monuments along FM 377 and Magnolia Street, perimeter and field fencing, and a retaining wall along the south boundary. The project is intended to deliver a fully operational facility, with select elements subject to refinement through contractor coordination and value engineering during pre-construction.
