In their ESCO Base Contract with CEO, pre-qualified ESCOs agree to abide by CEO’s Standard IGA Pricing model. After the execution of the IGA contract, the chosen ESCO will then provide a comprehensive IGA report and EPC Project Proposal to make recommendations for possible projects based on the results of the IGA.
