    Description

    Keep Warner Robins Beautiful is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to furnish and install sixty (60) trees within the greenspace located between Colman Boulevard and Russell Parkway. This project is intended to enhance the community tree canopy, improve corridor aesthetics, and provide long-term environmental and community benefits while maintaining species diversity and adherence to professional arboricultural standards. Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all service specifications, requirements, and all terms of the General Instructions to Bidders, Terms & Conditions. No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Thursday, February 6, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their proposal with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
