The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting bids, from qualified contractors, for ITB No. 26-41B Colony West Champs Course Irrigation Improvement Project. The project is located at the Colony West Gulf Club in Tamarac, FL. The Contractor shall provide a complete and operational irrigation system capable of delivering the required flow and pressure to all areas of the golf course and associated landscaped areas.
The work shall include, but not be limited to, demolition of certain existing elements and construction of all proposed improvements, including a new golf course irrigation system, a new golf course irrigation pump system (230HP/2200GPM) and enclosure, a pump station concrete foundation pad, 72” O.D. precast concrete wet well, canal intake liner replacement, and steel access ladder, and electrical service to new irrigation pump station. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete this project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Technical Specifications detailed in the bid document and within the project design plans.
