Installation of parking lot with concrete handicap stalls and sidewalk and a permeable pavement comprised of millings or similar recycled materials. 5. Installation of a pre-fab shade structure on concrete slab per specifications. The open-air structure will include lighting and electrical. 6. Coordination of geotechnical engineering study, if needed for signage and shade structure permitting and construction 7. Lighting and electrical to shade structure. 8. Stormwater infrastructure per project drawings and specifications. 9. Procurement and installation of amenities including benches, picnic tables and bike rack. 10. Procurement and installation of monument signage. 11. Additionally, a. Manage all construction activities while constructing the designed improvements. b.
