Bid results will be available end of business day, same date.Copies of Bidding Documents for the Mill Street Outfall Replacement are available online and at no cost via the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.NOTE: The Council of Columbia Borough have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids.
