The deadline for responses to the RFP is 4:00 PM on May 19, 2026. Responses received after this date will not be accepted. All proposers are responsible for obtaining any addenda issued and posted to DASNY’s website in relation to this procurement. In accordance with State Finance Law § 139-j and § 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between DASNY personnel and a Proposer during the procurement process. Contacts made to other DASNY personnel regarding this procurement may disqualify the Proposer and affect future procurements with governmental entities in the State of New York.
