The selected tenant will be responsible for all operating expenses, including rent, insurance, utilities, and maintenance. Any desired modifications to the facility must be preapproved by the County/Airport and will be at the tenant’s expense. The building is heated via a geothermal system. We are seeking a tenant whose operations align with the character of the Airport, particularly in aviation, transportation, or public safety, and who will contribute to a vibrant and professional airport environment. PURPOSE OF REQUEST This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued to solicit proposals from qualified tenants interested in leasing the commercial space as described above. Said property is located at 26 Kline Blvd., Ithaca, NY 14850. SELECTION CRITERIA Proposals meeting the minimum RFP requirements will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, the following criteria.
