Work included in the Prime Contract shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Site demolition and monument relocation, asphalt pavement replacement and associated earthwork, masonry pier construction, fence and gate provision and installation, and site restoration.A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on February 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Facilities Building Conference Room located in Lock Haven PA 17745.Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EDT on March 3, 2026, through PennBid located at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/The Bid package is available at no cost via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register with PennBid. Registration is a free process that takes only a few minutes.
