The successful proposer will conduct Community Development Block Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Rebuild Florida Infrastructure Repair Program Administration and/or Engineering Services. Administration services shall include, but not be limited to reviewing, developing necessary policies and procedures, developing, administering the program, conducting environmental review, coordinating with all funding agencies, developing, administering contract, tracking, and managing program funds in compliance with program guidelines, and providing reports and technical assistance. Engineering services will include construction contract bidding and award, services during construction, inspection services, and any additional services required to complete the project and exhaust available grant funds. Proposals for CDBG Grant Administration and/or Engineering Services must indicate a fee for the service, with an explanation of the basis for the fee. Fees shall be quoted as a lump sum.
