The Ocean County Board of Commissioners is requesting qualifications for the services for Comprehensive Transportation Planning and Service Evaluation Services.

Evaluation Criteria

• Qualifications (30 pts) —

  Evaluation of qualifications, expertise, and level of participation of individuals assigned to perform the work;

• Experience (30 pts) —

  Evaluation of firm experience, comparable projects, and quality of references

• Statement of Ability (20 pts) —

  A statement of the proposer’s understanding of the Scope of Work and the ability to perform the tasks in a timely fashion, including staffing and familiarity with the subject matter and the County

• Location (10 pts) —

  Evaluation of firm’s proximity to Ocean County administrative offices and ability to support in-person coordination.

• Responsiveness (10 pts) —

  Evaluation of the overall quality, organization, and completeness of the proposal

• CONTRACT INFORMATION (required) —

  Should your company be awarded a contract with Ocean County, please provide the contact name, contact phone number and the physical mailing address where the contract documents should be mailed.  (no email addresses, please!)

• Certificate of Employee Information Report —

  Within seven (7) days after receipt of the notification of intent to award the contract or receipt of the contract, whichever is sooner, a Contractor should present one of the following to the County of Ocean:

  (a) An existing federally approved or sanctioned affirmative action program.

  (b) A New Jersey Certificate of Employee Information Report Approval.

  (c) If the Contractor cannot present "a" or "b", the Contractor is required to submit a completed Employee Information Report (Form AA302). This form will be made available to the Contractor by the County of Ocean.
