    Item: QTY (1) Computer Integrated Manufacturing System Each line-item price must include all freight and shipping charges to Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho 83814. • All items bid shall be new and previously unused. • All manufacturer’s warranties shall be passed through to North Idaho College. • North Idaho College will award one awardee. Detailed Equipment Specifications: The following information represents the minimum requirements for a manufacturing line to be considered viable. Respondents may propose equipment that exceeds this specification but still remain cost competitive. If two items are priced the same, the one with the higher performance will be selected. If an option is required to meet the baseline performance, it shall be contained in the baseline bid to be considered valid. Comprehensive, education-focused Industry 4.0 training solution combining MES, robotics, vision/AI, CNC machining, and material/logistics stations. Full source code and documentation Turnkey integration with safety-first design to teach and validate robotic safety practices. Modular and extensible architecture (digital twin, APIs) supporting future expansions, custom projects, and student experimentation. Curriculum support PLC controlled w/source code supplied (AB preferred, AB / Siemens mix acceptable) Installation On-Site Basic Maintenance and Operations Training Customer Support Software updates Full-Service Warranty Please include any anticipated building/facility modification costs necessary for installation. This may involve special wiring, outlets, network cables, or any other items required for the successful setup and operation of the simulator, which may not be covered by the initial cost of the simulator itself. ANTICIPATED DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING, INSTALLING AND INVOICING THE COMPUTER INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING SYSTEM IS ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 15, 2026.
