The offeror shall provide a complete and itemized quote for all curriculum, platform access, teacher support, and professional development services required under this solicitation. Pricing shall include the middle school curriculum and platform for Wade Carpenter Middle School and Desert Shadows Middle School, the high school curriculum and platform for Nogales High School, teacher support for five middle school teachers, teacher support for one high school teacher, and coding bootcamps for two teachers. The quote shall clearly identify the unit price, extended price, and total District cost. All costs necessary to provide the required services, licenses, training, support, implementation, and ongoing assistance shall be included in the proposed pricing.
The proposed platform supports Mac OS X 10.7 or higher, Windows 7 or higher, and Chromebooks using Google Chrome, and that the platform can operate with a minimum consistent internet speed of 1.5 Mbps.
The vendor shall also confirm whether it is the exclusive creator and distributor of the product with no other authorized agents, resellers, or distributors.
