This is an ongoing RFP. Proposals may be submitted at any time throughout the contract period as stated in Section 5.2. The County will review proposals as they are submitted. Contracts will be awarded when there is a need for services. *In order for firms to be awarded contracts by May 1, 2024, the initial proposals must be received by the Division of Procurement prior to 4:00 p.m., local “Atomic” time April 5, 2024. Pre-Bid Conference: An OPTIONAL VIRTUAL Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on March 15, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. via MS TEAMS for the clarification of any questions on the scope of services.
