The Project is to be handled in a turnkey fashion, including not only the technical tasks, but all administrative tasks, documentation, response to Caltrans, right-of-way certification, and construction authorization, etc. Consultant will subsequently assist through the bid period and provide design support services during construction. Consultant must be fully familiar with the guidelines and requirements of the FHWA Highway Bridge Program as administered by Caltrans. The County reserves the right to adjust the scope of services as deemed appropriate and necessary.
