Solicitation Number : 05-26-S50-620 TxDOT CSJ Number : 2094-01-074 Description: The City of McAllen is seeking proposals from experienced Engineering firms for Construction Engineering, Inspection, Material Testing, and Construction Management services (herein after consultant) for the Underpass Crossing at FM2220 (Ware Road) 300 feet North of the Intersection with Houston Avenue. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: Construction management, construction inspection and construction materials testing services on a project involving the construction of a bridge structure with retaining walls to serve as an underground bicycle and pedestrian crossing. Deadline : Electronic Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) addressed to Mr. Isaac J. Tawil, City Manager, will be received until Friday, May 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT).
