    Description

The Town of Mead is requesting proposals from qualified full service civil engineering and/or construction management consultants to provide all disciplines of project and construction management, construction inspection, and project support services for capital improvement projects with local, state and/or federal funding. The SH 66 Pedestrian Underpass project is a federal aid public infrastructure project in need of construction management services which are the basis of this Request for Proposals (RFP). The design is finalized and right-of-way acquisition is complete. The project is expected to go to ad in Q3 2026, pending final CDOT clearances. The successful firm will address all the tasks, issues, and requested information in their proposal, possess the requisite skills, experience, and manpower necessary to produce high quality deliverables on time and on budget, and be motivated to work with Town staff, other funding partners’ staff, and citizens to accomplish the project goals. In general, the Consultant shall act as an extension of Town staff and will be responsible for managing every aspect of the project.
