The successful firm will address all the tasks, issues, and requested information in their proposal, possess the requisite skills, experience, and manpower necessary to produce high quality deliverables on time and on budget, and be motivated to work with Town staff, other funding partners’ staff, and citizens to accomplish the project goals. In general, the Consultant shall act as an extension of Town staff and will be responsible for managing every aspect of the project. Compliance with Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) rules and regulations is critical to ensure the Town receives full reimbursement of grant funds.
