    Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Columbus Technical College (CTC) to establish a one-time service with one qualified supplier, for construction of a pedestrian crossing (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Columbus Technical College is seeking a qualified supplier to construct a pedestrian crossing on campus. The location will be at the Columbus Campus located at 1045 Manchester Expressway, Columbus, GA 31904. Please review the eRFQ instruction document and the bid specification within the attachments section of the Team Georgia Marketplace Bid Event for more information about this project. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Columbus Technical College (CTC) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Columbus Campus on April 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
