    Sealed bids in duplicate on behalf of DR Horton – Texas, Ltd. on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 222 will be received electronically, until 11:30 a.m., Thursday, April 2, 2026, and then publicly opened and read for furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the Construction of Water, Sanitary, Drainage, and Paving Facilities in Tamarron West Sec 32.

     

    The bids will only be received electronically bid through CivcastUSA. The electronic bids will be publicly opened and read via conference call. Physical bids will not be accepted.

    Scope of Work of the Contract includes the Construction of Water, Sanitary, Drainage, and Paving Facilities for Tamarron West Sec 32.

     

    For construction contracts $50,000 and over, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner.
