Emailed or faxed bid proposals will not be accepted. Incomplete or untimely bids shall not be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that their bid proposal is complete and submitted in a timely manner. The County assumes no responsibility to notify bidders of incomplete or untimely bids. Talbot County, Maryland (the “County”) is soliciting proposals for consultant/engineering services from qualified firms to update the 2002 Report of the Review of the Talbot County Comprehensive Water and Sewerage Plan (CWSP). The most recent CWSP was finalized in 2002 and adopted in 2004. The selected finn must be able to complete the update of the Talbot County CWSP so that it shall comply with Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) and be consistent with the 2026 Comprehensive Plan, as adopted. The Consultant shall complete all identified tasks within 270 days of receiving a signed Notice to Proceed. Qualified Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs) are especially encouraged to participate. The County will not discriminate against any interested firms or individuals based on race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the selection process.
