Will there be an evaluation committee to review the proposals and score them based on weights and multiple criteria?
Q (Bid Response): Is the OpenGov response all that is needed or does a printed bid need to be delivered as well ? Thank you !
A: Per the first two pages of the bid documentation, we are requesting sealed electronic responses only... no printed bids are necessary, and in fact will not be accepted based on the requirement of submitting through OpenGov.
Q (No subject): This is just for group 2 and other groups not responded to, correct? If awarded on previous bid # CTR-88-E-26 no action is needed?
A: Per the Evaluation of CTR-88-E-26, and specifically the "Recommendation" at the bottom of that Evaluation, it was determined that the pricing for the Group Konica was higher than last year overall, and the BOCES elected to rebid that Group along with the others that received no bid to hopefully get better pricing. All of the Groups that are listed on CTR-88-E2-26 were Groups that were either not awarded, or received no bid response under CTR-88-E-26, so can be responded to accordingly.
SLED stands for State, Local, and Education. These are solicitations issued by state governments, counties, cities, school districts, utilities, and higher education institutions — as opposed to federal agencies.
