Program Outcomes: The successful outcome of the program is that all General Weatherization service-eligible individuals have access to programs Countywide. Funding: Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Department of Energy Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (DOE IIJA), Department of Energy Infrastructure Weatherization Assistance Program (DOE WAP), and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) **** PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN ON-GOING PROCUREMENT **** The County will accept proposals for this procurement on an on-going basis, until the County determines it has obtained enough parties qualified in providing Services for the County of Riverside’s Community Action Partnership Department, or funding is no longer available.
