Scope of Work

This project includes the reconstruction of Front Beach Road Segment 4.1 from the end of the reconstruction of Segment 3 near the Lullwater Drive intersection to east of Hills Road. The project includes widening the roadway to include a landscaped median, median turn lanes, landscaping, trolley/bicycle lanes, pedestrian walkways, signage, lighting, pavement markings, drainage system, and the relocation and undergrounding of utilities that are within the right of way. Pre-Bid Conference

MANDATORY A mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting will be held August 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM CDT, in the Panama City Beach Council Chambers, 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413. Virtual participation will be offered. Bidders should contact Carrie Jagers at purchasing@pcbfl.gov at least forty-eight hours (48) in advance to obtain the virtual link.
