Proposal shall be submitted upon forms provided by the Township.Bids will be received electronically via the PennBid Program until 10:30 AM on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened, with the results made available on PennBid. Bids submitted directly to Cranberry Township will be invalid and considered non-responsive.Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via the “Messages” feature within PennBid.All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township.Bidders must also provide evidence of PENNDOT prequalification in all aspects of the work.Invitation, preparation, submittals, bidding requirements, all materials furnished, and all work performed shall conform to the current specifications of PENNDOT Form 408, current edition and specified bulletins.The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.Daniel D.
