Bids submitted directly to Cranberry Township will be invalid and considered non-responsive.Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via the “Messages” feature within PennBid.All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township.. All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening.The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply.The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.Daniel D.
