TN-9A/TN-9P – Miscellaneous Structural Rehabilitation and Painting at the Throgs Neck Bridge 2. TN-9I – Water Based Pier Rehabilitation Prototype at the Throgs Neck Bridge 3. TNM-405 – Replacement of Sidewalks and Curbs at the Throgs Neck Service - Building (MTA Small Business Mentoring Program) 4. TNM-407 – Installation of Guiderail and Bollards at the Throgs Neck Bridge Service Building - (MTA Small Business Mentoring Program) The Consultant shall also provide Design Support Services During Construction (“DSSDC”) for TN-9A/TN-9P and TN-9I only. DSSDC Services are not needed for TNM-405 and TNM-407.
