    Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), seeks to engage the services of one Project Management Consultant for Infrastructure Projects at the Throgs Neck Bridge. MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D) is seeking to retain the services of a Project Management Consultant (“PMC”) for Infrastructure Projects at the Throgs Neck Bridge. The PMC shall provide Construction Support Services and Closeout Services on behalf of the MTA C&D for the following four (4) projects (the “Projects”) as set forth below: 1. TN-9A/TN-9P – Miscellaneous Structural Rehabilitation and Painting at the Throgs Neck Bridge 2. TN-9I – Water Based Pier Rehabilitation Prototype at the Throgs Neck Bridge 3. TNM-405 – Replacement of Sidewalks and Curbs at the Throgs Neck Service - Building (MTA Small Business Mentoring Program) 4. TNM-407 – Installation of Guiderail and Bollards at the Throgs Neck Bridge Service Building - (MTA Small Business Mentoring Program) The Consultant shall also provide Design Support Services During Construction (“DSSDC”) for TN-9A/TN-9P and TN-9I only. DSSDC Services are not needed for TNM-405 and TNM-407.
