Project consists of but is not limited to: • Selective demolition of existing plumbing systems within the Culinary Arts and Bake Shop renovation areas. • Installation and modification of water, sewer, vent, and gas piping systems for upgrade of kitchen equipment in the locations indicated in the drawings and specifications. • All other plumbing work noted in the specifications and drawings. Bid forms and Contract Documents will be made available at no cost on or after Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Filed Sub-Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday April 2, 2026 at the Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School, Business Office, 65 Pleasant Street, Upton, MA 01568 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. ALL VISITORS MUST CHECK IN AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE KIOSK. Filed Sub-Bids are requested for the following trade: Plumbing A bid deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the value of the bid shall be submitted with each Filed Sub-Bid in accordance with the Contract Documents. Questions shall be submitted in writing via Public Purchase no later than Friday, March 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM. The anticipated construction start date is May 11, 2026, with substantial completion expected by August 17, 2026. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all Filed Sub-Bids, if it is in the public interest to do so, and to award the contract in accordance with the provisions of the law.
