    Sealed Bids for this project shall be accepted by the Office of the Talbot County Manager, Talbot County Circuit Courthouse, South Wing, 11 North Washington Street, Easton, Maryland, 21601, 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at which time they shall be opened and read aloud. Emailed or faxed bid proposals will not be accepted. Incomplete or untimely bids shall not be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that their bid proposal is complete and submitted in a timely manner. The County assumes no responsibility to notify bidders of incomplete or untimely bids. The Scope of Work consists of rehabilitating existing culvert pipes by installing a UV cured, in-place pipe (CIPP) liner. The liner shall be installed within the existing culvert and cured using ultraviolet light to form a structural, tight-fitting, corrosion-resistant pipe within a pipe to restore the structural integrity, prevent infiltrationlexfiltration and extend the service life of the culvert. Bid Documents may be obtained from Talbot County Roads Department, 605 Port Street, Easton, Maryland 21601 (410-770-8150). The County Council of Talbot County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid, or portions thereof, when in their judgment, the public will be better served.
