Scope of the Work - Charlotte County Public Schools is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-call and scheduled repair and maintenance services for custodial equipment used throughout its school facilities. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with one or more qualified vendors capable of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining custodial equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner. The District intends to award a contract based on best value, considering both pricing and qualifications.
This RFP is not a commitment by CCPS to award a contract. CCPS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the District.
