CV-DB-26-001 - Request for Qualifications for the Design and Construction of the Santa Rosa At-Grade Crossing Improvements Project

SMART is issuing this Request for Qualifications (hereinafter “RFQ”) in accordance with California Government Code §4525 et seq., 49 U.S.C. 5325(b), and 40 U.S.C. §§ 1101-1104. The objective of this Qualifications-Based Selection (“QBS”) procurement process is to select Consultants on the basis of demonstrated competence and on the professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the services described herein at fair and reasonable prices.SMART is seeking Statement of Qualifications from prospective Design-Build Entities to pre-qualify Design-Build Entities for the complete civil and systems construction, installation, testing and commissioning of a Jennings Avenue New At-Grade Crossing and West 3rd Street Grade Crossing Improvements including Joe Rodota Trail Connection.Optional work is also included in this solicitation for the complete civil and systems construction,installation, testing and commissioning of Security Cameras at 8th Street, 9th Street, College Avenue and below Highway 12 and 4th Street At-Grade Crossing Improvements.This Agreement may be funded using State or Local Funds.The deadline to submit Statement of Qualification is June 17, 2026 at 2:00pm (Pacific).
