The Bidder shall maintain a current State of Maryland Master Plumbers License and a copy of this license must be presented prior to award of contract. Bidder shall have been in the commercial plumbing business for a minimum of five (5) years and have available a minimum work force of two (2) State of Maryland licensed journeyman technicians with a minimum of five (5) years commercial plumbing experience. Bidder shall provide documentation of license and commercial experience for plumbers prior to aware of contract. Bidder shall also employ plumber’s helpers or apprentices to assist in various tasks when approved by Contract Manager (CM) or Authorized Representatives (AR) to act on his behalf. B. The Bidder shall provide with its Bid "Attachment L Reference Checks" three (3) business references, including the name, address, telephone number and point-of-contact of at least three (3) firms, for which the bidder provided commercial plumbing services similar in the scope and complexity of this IFB within the preceding 24 months. References shall be checked prior to award. Any negative responses received may result in disqualification of the bid.
