    NOTICE TO BIDDERS DARBY CREEK JOINT AUTHORITYOnline sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 AM, March 12, 2026, online via the PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com for the Darby Creek Joint Authority 2026 Line Cleaning and Video Inspection Project. The project is to furnish all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision, and safety precautions as required to perform Line Cleaning and Video Inspection of 19,550 LF of 24” to 60” pipe.All Bid Documents, Construction Plans and Specifications are available online via the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com at no cost to prospective bidders. The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay PennBid Program a fee of ¼ % of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $100.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through PennBid and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid. All bids received will be publicly read aloud during the Regular Meeting of the Authority at their Meeting Room at the Clifton Heights Borough Hall, 30 S. Springfield Road, PA on March 18, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. (Local Time). Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid made payable to the order of the Darby Creek Joint Authority. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contractor’s Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in such form and having as security thereon, such Surety Company as is approved by the Authority, in an amount of not less than the total of the accepted bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date set for the receiving and opening of bids.
