Atlanta Beltline, Inc. (“ABI”) requests Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from firms or individuals (hereinafter “Firm” or “Firms”) to provide design and technical support services, as needed, to support ABI’s efforts related to the construction of trails, transit, and parks.
