The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a one-time contract with a responsible bidder for the Mowing services at Cambridge State Hospital and the Garden of Remembrance Cemetery THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. Non-Electronic and email responses will not be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. QUESTIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation shall be made in writing to Sara Mock, sara.mock@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify Sara Mock in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than 2:00 PM, February 25, 2026. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. SITE VISIT. Site visit will take place on 1:00 PM, February 23, 2026 at the Cambridge State Hospital located at 1425 E Rum River South; Cambridge MN. Attendance is recommended.
