    Description

    This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs, alterations to existing facilities and emergency repairs, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, complete and full preventative maintenance as outlined in the Technical Specifications of Part IV of these bid documents, as well as emergency repairs and system modifications or alterations of chillers and associated equipment. The work shall be located at the Defense Human Resources Activity Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC) building located at 400 Gigling Rd., Seaside, CA 93955. The Contractor shall maintain a local service office within 40 miles of the project address. The City reserves the right to confirm the location and, if in question, can visit the site noted as the location.
