Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the procurement officer no later than July 2, 2026 @ 2pm. PLEASE scan and upload your entire bid package as one document. (All documents scanned together as one attachment.) This solicitation is a re-bid as it was previously solicited and the bid was cancelled. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”). The Contractor shall provide high quality, comprehensive dental assistant services for youth aged ten (10) to twenty (20). Services will be provided on-site in the dental suites at the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center (BCJJC) and the Cheltenham Youth Detention Center (CYDC).
