The project design scope would include development, coordination and submission of required documentation for notifications, design reviews, with appropriate agencies and organizations as applicable. The City of Bryan will provide any GIS data and as-built drawings that are available. The brief SOQ should address the Project Specific Evaluation Factors a, g, h, i and j which are defined in the Statement of Qualifications and Evaluation Factors section of this RFQ
