    The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified firms for design services for the replacement of the Govin Bridge (BIN 3347420) carrying Denning Road over the East Branch Neversink River in the Town of Denning. Project Name: Govin Bridge (BIN 3347420) Replacement Project Project Description: The Govin Bridge (BIN 3347420) is a single span, steel girder bridge founded on concrete abutments constructed in 1969. The span is 80 linear feet, has a 54 degree skew and the deck is 24 feet wide from curb to curb. This project intends to fully replace the Govin Bridge superstructure and substructures. The project deliverables will entail a design of the Govin Bridge for a replacement project which incorporates all associated elements along with construction plans, specifications, and estimates. Construction support and inspection services shall also be included in this project. Project Limits: Approximately 1,000 linear feet along Denning Road to include the Govin Bridge and approximately 500 feet upstream and downstream of the bridge along the Beaver Kill to attain required cross sections data for hydraulics.
