A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on April 10, 2026, via Microsoft Teams. Two site tours will be scheduled for this RFP as follows: Site 1: Fan Plant #6389 April 14, 2026, at 10:00 am Location: Mezzanine Level Token Booth, 155th Street Station (IND 6th Ave, B & D lines) Site 2: Pump Room #3206 April 15, 2026, at 10:00 am Location: Northeast Corner of East 74th Street & Lexington Avenue, Manhattan (Nearest station: 77th Street on the #6 line) Site Restrictions: PPE and Track Safety certification are required. Due to the limited size of the pump room and fan plant, the number of consultants and subcontractors will be restricted to three attendees per firm.
