LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF PORT CHESTER REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DESKTOP, NETWORK AND SERVER ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RFP #2026-04 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Port Chester, New York in the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573, for qualified Consultants to provide desktop, network and server administration and support professional services must be received by the Village until May 28, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. local time, after which time and date no proposals will be accepted. A mandatory site meeting will take place at 11am on Friday, May 22, 2026, in the Village Hall Conference Room located at 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, NY 10573. The Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained at the Office of the Village Clerk, Port Chester, New York between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (except legal holidays) and can accessed from the Village of Port Chester’s website at www.portchesterny.gov. All proposals must be in paper and electronic form (USB) and submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked: Desktop, Network and Server Administration and Support Professional Services RFP#2026-04 No proposer may withdraw his/her proposal within forty-five (45) days after the closing date/time for receipt of the proposal. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP, or if additional data or information is necessary to clarify any of its provisions, a written addendum will be issued. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any irregularities in the proposals received, select any proposal as the basis for negotiations and to make an award to the most qualified proposal that is in the best interest of the Village of Port Chester. /s/Stuart L.
