Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Board of Commissioners of St. Lucie County is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to design, finance, construct, operate and maintain nonaeronautical facilities, more particularly a hotel and associated amenities that compliment commercial air service, on one undeveloped 20+/- parcel of land at the entrance of the Treasure Coast International Airport. The County is seeking a Proposer who has the financial and organizational capacity to successfully implement the development and operation of nonaeronautical facilities, more particularly a hotel and associated amenities that compliment commercial air service on the Parcel (the “Development”) in a timely manner and who provide a favorable vision to use the property to fulfill the County’s goals of making the Airport a stable, viable, and self-sustaining entity. The County is seeking to negotiate a development lease agreement with a Proposer that provides the best development proposal, consistent with Airport operations, enhancing non-aviation revenues to the Airport and provides financial benefit to the County. ## Pre-Bid Conference NON-MANDATORY The County will host one non-mandatory virtual pre-submittal conference on June 12, 2026, at 2:00 (EST).
