The County is seeking a Proposer who has the financial and organizational capacity to successfully implement the development and operation of nonaeronautical facilities, more particularly a hotel and associated amenities that compliment commercial air service on the Parcel (the “Development”) in a timely manner and who provide a favorable vision to use the property to fulfill the County’s goals of making the Airport a stable, viable, and self-sustaining entity. The County is seeking to negotiate a development lease agreement with a Proposer that provides the best development proposal, consistent with Airport operations, enhancing non-aviation revenues to the Airport and provides financial benefit to the County. ## Pre-Bid Conference NON-MANDATORY The County will host one non-mandatory virtual pre-submittal conference on June 12, 2026, at 2:00 (EST).
