• Price (25 pts) —

  The cost of the DGT3 Generator Breaker, delivered to GRU, including startup and commissioning.

• Technical Offering (25 pts) —

  Provide technical data demonstrating compliance with specifications outlined in Section 2.1

   

• Warranty (20 pts) —

  Provide terms, components covered and duration of warranty, with bid.

• Lead Time (15 pts) —

   Provide expected lead time with bid.

• Experience in Power Plants (15 pts) —

  Provide List of at least 3 generator breakers built and installed, of same type we are requesting.

  "Preference may be given to a business that certifies that it has implemented a drug-free workplace program. Pursuant to Section 287.087, Florida Statutes, whenever two or more competitive solicitations that are equal with respect to price, quality, and service are received by the State or by any political subdivision for the procurement of commodities or contractual services, a response received from a business that certifies that it has implemented a drug-free workplace program shall be given preference in the award process. Established procedures for processing tie responses will be followed if none of the tied providers has a drug free workplace program. • Performance and Payment Bond (required) —

  If awarded, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond are required. Contractor shall provide such bonds, using the forms attached, for 100% of the price of the awarded contract as security for the full and complete performance of the Contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor, furnishing materials or furnishing equipment in connection with the Contract.

  The State of Florida incorporates the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) excavation safety standards, 29 C.F.R.  1926.650 Subpart P, as its standard (Sections 553.60-64, F.S.). The Contractor/Respondent shall list separately in their Proposal the cost of compliance with these standards on a lineal footage basis and the method of compliance. The bidder shall determine if special shoring requirements are needed. Special shoring shall be identified and priced on a square footage basis in the Proposal. The Successful Bidder is fully responsible for the design of the trench safety system and the compliance with the applicable standards for the project.
