This opportunity is limited to purchases up to the Discretionary Buying Threshold from respondent organizations that are qualified as a NYS-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB). NYS-certified SDVOBs are qualified pursuant to Article 3 of the NYS Veterans’ Services Law. This is a SaaS cloud-based service model with no subcontracting opportunities available.
